*Once items are received they will be posted to this website.
*Item will remain on the website for 14 days.
*Bids must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. No exceptions!
*Once the bidding period has ended, all bids will be submitted to the County of Orange, General Services for bidder approval.
*Quality Surplus and Services will notify the accepted bidder and arrange for payment of item.
*Payments may be made in form of check or cash. ** If payment is made by check items will not be released until funds are verified. May take up to 5 business days.
*Once payment has been made in full buyer will be put in contact with the County of Orange to arrange pick up.
All items are sold as is. No refunds!
The County of Orange is responsible for awarding bids for surplus items.
The County of Orange reserves the right to reject any bid.
Buyer is responsible for loading item at pick up.
All vehicles MUST be flatbed or towed from County location. Vehicles are NOT to be driven off the lot. No exceptions!
